How to dispute charges to a collection agency
We Are Changing the World Of Collections

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act gives all individuals the right to question the claims of collection agencies regarding what they do and do not owe. Within the first 30 days of receiving our first written notification, send a letter to National Asset Management notifying us that you dispute our claim that you owe the debt. Ask for proof that the debt in question actually belongs to you. We will cease further collection attempts until we provide you with the written proof you requested.

Mail your letter to NAM via certified mail or registered mail. Opting for one of these two methods allows you to request a return receipt, which will prove that we received your letter.
