All accounts are treated as initial placements for the first thirty days to try one final time to recover these funds. After 30 days, the accounts are moved into separate categories and are re-evaluated as to the likelihood of recovery. Based on this evaluation the accounts are either finalized and deemed uncollectible, or moved into a more aggressive collection program. The type of account, age and amount determines the results of this program.

Aged Collections

Any account can be reviewed for collections. If you have accounts that have been deemed uncollectible you might want to utilize NAM for one last effort. We utilize an aggressive program to try collecting these accounts one last time prior to closure. This program is only available on a commission basis.
